The Up And Over returns to Joplin! Have a blast creek running, mud crawling, hay bale leaping, climbing, and fire leaping the course located at The Church at Brookwood in Joplin.
A Lot of Up and Over (3 miles) consists of 15 obstacles spread throughout the course.
A Little Up and Over (1 mile) will have 5 obstacles.
A portion of proceeds will go to support Watered Gardens Gospel Rescue Mission and their work with those experiencing hunger, poverty, and homelessness. TEAM COMPETITION: Teams of 4 can register for the Up & Over Team Competition. Church, Corporate, or Charity teams. If you're group is not associated with a Church or Corporation, please register as a Charity team as you will be helping raise funds for Circles of Joplin. Team members must complete each obstacle together and finish together.
FUN TEAM AWARDS: Worried your team may have more spirit than speed? Don't fret. While teams will still compete for overall awards for the fastest male, female, and coed team, Up & Over will pull at the competitive spirit in everyone. We're excited to be planning competitions where even the slowest team can excell. Awards will be given to winners in the following categories:

Best Fundraising Team - we are unable to provide an online donation tool that will track which team is raising the most funds at this time. We will calculate the amount donated by each team when they register and combine it with any donations brought by the team to packet pickup. Any donations brought to packet pickup should be cash or check with checks made out to Circles of Joplin. We hope to announce a sponsor for this prize soon.
WAVE ASSIGNMENTS: Participants will be released in waves of 20-25 to prevent congestion. You may not receive the wave assignment you requested but we will try to keep you close to the time you requested. Please keep an eye on the email address you gave the week of the race. We will be emailing out wave assignments and an event handbook during the week of the race so that you have the latest information about what to expect.
Packet pickup will be held Friday, June 1st from noon until 4:00 PM at The Church at Brookwood in Joplin. Same day packet pickup and registration will be held at the course from 6:45 - 7:45 AM
