Dynamite Trail

The Dynamite trail was introduced as part of Arizona's centennial celebration. It is a 2.4 mile trail that is accessible from the Goldmine trail head at W. Skyline Drive. It connects to the San Tan Trail in the northern part of the San Tan Mountain Regional park.

Maricopa Trail Loop

A nice day out weather was great. There were a few people out on horses and bike riders. The trail it self is very easy to follow. I want to go back in the spring when all the flowers are in bloom

Moonlight Trail

Well groomed trail around the base of the San Tan mountains. Good for hiking, biking or even pushing a jogging stroller. Lots of Saguaro cacti and Joshua trees and a view of the valley not so far below. Several trails start at the same trailhead with varying difficulty. $6 entry fee.

Rock Peak Wash Trail

The Rock Peak Wash trail is a .8 mile out-and-back for a total of 1.6 miles. It connects with the San Tan trail that takes you north into the main part of the San Tan Mountain Regional Park.
