A Midsummer Night's 5K & 10K

A Midsummer Night’s 5K & 10K is the second of three races in Starlit Running Company's Nighttime Summer Race Series. Joplin's beautiful Frisco Greenway Trail is the venue for this chip timed, luminary lit run. You will enjoy a super soft race shirt (short-sleeved unisex and women's cut tank top), professional DJ, glow bracelets, age category awards, post-race snacks, including ice cream, and a race atmosphere like no other.

Race Day Registration: available only at packet pick-up at the race start from 5:00-race start
Packet Pick-up: located at the race start (955 E. North St.) from 5:00p.m.-race start
Course Description: out and back trail on hard-packed, crushed rock
Hydration: water and electrolyte stations will be located every 1.5 miles
Awards: overall male and female finisher awards and age category awards for the following divisions:

• 12 and under
• 13-19
• 20-29
• 30-39
• 40-49
• 50-59
• 60+

Virtual Option Available! Runners who can't attend race day can sign up for the Virtual event. Virtual runners are not eligible for overall or age category awards. Directions: Run your virtual race distance anytime during the month of July. On or after race day, post your time result on either the Event page or on your MyRaces dashboard on LocalRaces.com. Our staff will then mail virtual runners their race shirt.
