As a PT, I value the benefits of running both for mind AND body – if this sounds like you too, come get your sweat on and your mind right every Wednesday. All ages, paces, backgrounds, foregrounds, hair colors, and shoe preferences welcome. Bring your friends! - 5k and 8k routes – run, walk, skip, dance. We require only positivity. - Times & locations may vary week to week, so be sure to sign up to receive updates and routes in advance! - Stay and play – make friends, cool your feet in the river, and chat with a physical therapist about all things running.
