About This Activity
The Spring Lake, Florida 5-K is located in scenic eastern Hernando County. But don't let the majestic trees and peaceful setting fool you-these are some of the toughest hills in Florida! The course takes the runner over a variety of terrains; from asphalt to a nature trail through the woods, a horse barn and up and down some challenging hills! This event will support individuals with intellectual & developmental disabilities. Come run and Achieve with us!
