This is a former right of way rail trail. It extends from Bedford, MA to Cambridge, MA. The first 8 miles or so is from Bedford to Arlington Ctr, then cross street to continue onto Cambridge. It is all paved, level path. It is a very popular path so you will see others walking/running.
