On Saturday, July 1, 2017, people of all walks of life, ethnicities, religions, and sexual orientations will RISE UP together across the nation for the world’s largest running/walking event. HOW THIS WORKS:

Registrants and volunteers will receive an email in early June which will contain the Hermosa Beach event coordinator’s contact information, the Rise Up 5K - Los Angeles, CA location, and details regarding when and where packets containing a commemorative bib and race shirt may be picked up.

If you would like to become the Hermosa Beach event coordinator or assist with event coordination, please register to volunteer, indicate your prior event/race directing experience, and we will contact you.

EVENT DETAILS:

• When:  Saturday, July 1, 2017 at 7:00AM
• Location: THE STRAND at Hermosa Beach: 1 Pier Ave, Hermosa Beach, CA 90254
• Registration includes:  a race shirt, commemorative bibHermosa Beach, {{EVENT_S, and net proceeds going to the civil liberty charities of choice.
• Awards: will be given to the top 5 overall finishers.
• Packet pick-up: 6:30a.m. at race site.
