- 5k and 8k routes – run, walk, skip, dance. We require only positivity.
- Times & locations may vary week to week, so be sure to sign up to receive updates and routes in advance!
- Stay and play – make friends, cool your feet in the river, and chat with a physical therapist about all things running.
