Run and swim drills that will help your body move the way it was created to keep you injury free for the rest of your life. Cycling is enjoyable and fulfilling in this setting with wide bike lanes and back roads. Relaxed, easy going and fun is what this camp is about. You will be tired at the end of the day with a deep sense of accomplishment and eager to begin again tomorrow.
Start the day with running video and instruction along a quiet neighborhood street, a little more each day but not more than you can handle. Breakfast follows made by the coach himself. A great time of talking and sharing and fueling up for the bike. Bike rides are scenic and comfortable, some days hill repeats or time trials to dial in your skills.
Afternoon brings a rest period, lunch on your own and then we visit the resort's lap pool for video analysis and instruction. Always followed by a fun visit to one of the hot tubs.
