Hidden Springs Trail Ozark State Park

This 2.5 mile loop trail goes through native Missouri woodlands to bluff tops above the lake and back through drainages to its origin. The trail also passes near a small family cemetery. The spring and fall seasons are best for spring flowering dogwoods and redbuds and fall leave color.

Lead Mine Conservation Area

This forested area contains savanna, glades, and old fields. Facilities and features include boat ramps, an unmanned firearms range, fishable ponds, several intermittent streams, and two permanent streams (Niangua River, Jakes Creek).
