About FIT4MOM Cedar Hill Run Club
This program is designed for any level of runner, from beginner to expert. While we are a stroller and baby friendly running group, this club is open to all moms and women in any stage of life. You'll have a certified FIT4MOM Run Coach who will teach you about the fundamentals of running including running gear, running form, injury prevention, pace and more, all in an encouraging atmosphere.
Current training sessions include Mondays and Thursdays at 6:30pm or Tuesdays at 7pm and Saturdays at 9am. This can vary from session to session so please check the website for the latest information or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
