$69 per personAre you interested in learning yoga? Join us for our Yoga in the Park as you learn how to combine physical postures, breathing exercises, relaxation, and meditation. Yoga is intended to increase relaxation and balance the mind, body, and spirit. Yoga will show you the strengths of your body, while improving your all around fitness and whole body health.
