Kosciusko Countryside Tour - Fat & Skinny Tire Fest 11

Event Date

Sat, May 17, 2014

Winona Lake, IN

About This Activity

Join us for this festive, recreational road tour heading southeast of Winona Lake in Kosciusko County. Enjoy 19, 39 or 65 miles of rolling county roads. Great food, snacks and drinks will be served at our SAG stop in the quaint little town of Pierceton.

Again this year, our friends from Cerulean Restaurant and Mad Anthony's Brewing Company will be providing lunch and entertainment once you return. And YES, the beers will be tapped so you can enjoy a nice, cold pint upon returning to The Village at Winona to celebrate your accomplishments.

Online and pre-registrations will receive some great freebies and discounts from Festival sponsors, Trailhouse and the Village at Winona shoppes and restaurants. Kids under 16 can ride for free with an adult (however, they will not be provided an event t-shirt, but you can purchase additional shirts).

Come early! Friday night is the Festival Kick-off Party, with a Critical Mass ride through town. Stick around and make a weekend out of it. This year, we've added a casual, but interesting Historical Winona Tour free to those registered for the Countryside Tour. This 3-4 mile tour will provide a glimpse into the storied history of Winona Lake, and it's prized recent resurgence.

Check out the other events we have happening all weekend: Indiana State Series Mountain Bike Races, Village at Winona Road Race and Criterium, BMX stunt shows, Free Kids Bicycle Skills Activities, Demo Bikes, Industry Reps, Live Music, Micro Brews and More.

Find us on facebook and twitter for up-to-the-minute updates (Fat & Skinny Tire Fest).
