Cost: $20 + Free t-shirt for 1 Mile   
           $25 + Free t-shirt for 5K
           *$5 price-increase after 4/30/14

Proceeds
Proceeds go toward supporting the cross country and track programs at Winters Mill HS. 
*A portion of proceeds will also be donated to Caring for Athletes in Need (CAIN).
