He went on to get his Bachelor’s degree from the University of Central Arkansas. After graduation, Chris became an assistant football coach and teacher at Liberty-Birch Tree High School in Mountain View, MO. Our family then moved back to Arkansas where he taught English, Journalism, and Speech at Western Grove High School. He also helped and coached track, basketball, and baseball. He loved all the students and was a tough but encouraging teacher.
