About This Activity

On April 17, 2013, an explosion occurred at the local fertilizer plant in West, Texas.  This explosion not only destroyed homes in the area but also devastated the local  economy and schools.

The Waxahachie Running Club, in conjunction with St. Paul's Episcopal Church, are hosting a charity run to benefit the West ISD Special Education Department.  100% of the funds raised during the Run4West 5k/10k and 1-mile fun run will be donated to the West ISD Special Education Department.  Specifically, we would like to raise enough money to buy 50 ipads for these special needs children.

Please join us in this fundraising effort for one of these runs, becoming a sponsor or making a cash donation.

Please note that with it being so close to our event, t-shirts are no longer available.  However, we greatly appreciate you supporting this great cause. We will be holding a silent auction at this event to raise additional funds. You will be able to bid on some great items!

We will also have a drop off site whereby participants may drop off gently used dress and athletic shoes for charity. Packet pickup will be on race day only.

Thank you again for your support.
