About This Activity

This is registration for ALL THREE RACES.

The Wisconsin Winter Trail Assail Series is comprised of cross country skiing, snow shoe and fat tire bike races over three dates in two Waukesha Country Parks.  It is the ONLY event where snow shoe and fat tire bikers can race on groomed ski trails in the park!

This registration is for the January 18th race that is part of the Waukesha JanBoree.

All races have:

  • Cross Country Skiing - classic & freestyle
  • Kids 0.5 & 1 mile races around 0.25 mile course - parents this is a great way to see your kids race an entire race!
  • Snow Shoe race
  • Fat Tire Biking

Come on out and watch three races in one day!  No worries, there will be hot food & beverages available for spectators and athletes.  If you get a little chilly, hang out by the bonfire and jam to the tunes.

Course info

All courses are on wide & groomed trails.  There is room to pass on most of the course.  Starts will be a mass start. If necessary, wave starts will be implemented and races will be notified prior to the event what wave they are assigned to.  Race day entries will be assigned to the last waves regardless of estimated finish times.  Preregistered athletes will be assigned waves based on estimated finish times.
