About This Activity

This is KCPC 2nd Spinning Spokes for Safety Event. Our event is to help raise money, so that we may provide children and adults with helmets to prevent most brain injury. This event consist of 3 rides. One is an Historical Ride for Children. The 2nd is a 10 mile ride consisting of Historic Downtown Washington, and beautiful country site of Wilkes County. This is a great warm-up ride for any cyclist. The 3rd ride is 26 miles of Washington, Wilkes County beautiful country site. Full of hills and curbs for the average and above average cyclist.

Event details and schedule

Washington Wilkes Elementary School is the Headquarters for the event. Registration is available on site. Registration booth will open at 8am. Parking is free and available on site. If your bike requires any special tools PLEASE bring them with you. We will have wagons for each ride, with tools and help available. Please wear Appropriate cycling gear. DO NOT wear jeans. There will be rest areas and refreshments available for each ride. Maps will be available for each ride. Come on out to Washington Georgia and Enjoy an Awesome Cycling Event!!
