About This Activity

We are happy that you are joining the International Association of Fire Fighters Charitable Foundation 2015 Marine Corps Marathon and MCM10K Team! Our team will be running the Marine Corps Marathon on Sunday, October 25th, 2015.

The IAFF Charitable Foundation, a 501c (3), tax-exempt, non-profit organization, supports and administers several funds that have been established for the purpose of providing support to fire fighters and their families in the United States and Canada in need of assistance. Among the programs that the IAFF Foundation supports are: the Disaster Relief Fund, the Burn Fund, the Fallen Fire Fighter Memorial Fund, the McClennan Scholarship Fund and the Redmond Fund.

Event details and schedule

The team registration fee of $45 guarantees you a MCM race bib* and a spot on the IAFF Charitable Foundation Fitness Team. IAFF Foundation running gear, including a polo and running shirt, will be provided to each runner upon raising the $250 of your $1,000 fundraising goal. In addition, we will have an IAFF Foundation hospitality tent at the marathon for personal belongings during the race, as well as a gathering spot for runners and family members. To make your experience more memorable, we will host a welcome banquet the evening before the race for which each participant will be provided two tickets (upon reaching your $1,000 fundraising goal).

Each member of the team must commit to the goal of raising $1,000 for the IAFF Foundation by October 25, 2015. As added incentive and to foster a friendly competition we will have recognition and certificates for top Male and Female Finishers and an award for Top Fundraiser!!!

*does not include registration fees due directly to MCM for race bib.
