Cinco Races and Walks are out and back along a gorgeous, stupendous, low-traffic, scenic, rural, make-you-happy to be alive course. First 1.9 miles are asphalt through farm vistas and big sky country nestled between two mountains with one small grade. Next 2.1 miles winds through rural neighborhood and woods alongside the Conewango Creek with rolling hills on hard-packed earth and gravel road closed to traffic during the race. Just after mile 4, earthen road becomes asphalt and opens into rural countryside until turn around for half marathon on a gently rolling road surrounded by orchards and hillsides. Start Corral and separate race starts, ChampionChip timing by Runners' High, awesome & abundant swag, family activities, free kids' matador dashes and refreshments by Michelob Ultra and Tim Horton's.

Welcome to the Cinco Races and Walks! It has been an exciting year of planning and change. The Cinco is five races and five walks in one morning on rural course with rolling hills and flat of asphalt and hard-packed earth. Extremely family-friendly race with loads of activities, kids's matador dashes, great swag, and Michelob Ultra products. Races and Walks include: 13.1-Mile, 15K, 10K, 5K, and 2.5K distances. PRE-RACE PACKET PICK UP & REGISTRATION SCHEDULE - MAY 1, 2015 (Behind the Warren Mall, 4000 Market Street, Warren, PA 16365) 3:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. - in big tent at starting line Someone may pick up your packet for you as long as you contact us in advance and let us know whom will be picking up your packet. PRIZES: The Cinco Races and Walks engages Bemus Point Pottery - an artist-driven enterprise specializing in one-of-a-kind functional pottery - to create gorgeous, custom, dishwasher and microwave and safe tableware for Cinco Race Awards. Overall winners for each race and gender will receive a dinner plate, bowl and mug. Cinco dinner plates will be awarded to all first place finishers at each distance by age division and gender. Cinco bowls will be awarded to all second place finishers at each distance by age division and gender. Cinco mugs will be awarded to all third place finishers at each distance by age division and gender. Pottery Award Divisions by Race Distance: 13.1-Mile Race Awards - Age Divisions: 18 and under, 19-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75 and over (as well as overall winners of each gender) 15K / 9.3-Mile Race Awards - Age Divisions: 14 and under, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60 and over (as well as overall winners of each gender) 10K / 6.2-Mile Race Awards - Age Divisions: 14 and under, 15-17, 18-20, 21-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60 and over (as well as overall winners of each gender) 5K / 3.1-Mile Race Awards - Age Divisions: 7-9, 10-13, 14-16, 17-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60 and over (as well as overall winners of each gender) 2.5K / 1.55-Mile Race Awards - Age Divisions: 7 and under, 8-9, 10-12, 13-15, 16-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60 and over (as well as overall winners of each gender) WALKER AWARDS: Though walkers in the 2.5K, 5K, 10K, and 15K walks will not be timed, all walkers will receive a special Cinco Mapdana for walkers only. GENERAL RACE RULES: -All racers must wear their racing bib and timing chip during the appropriate race. Racers not wearing either their bib or chip are not guaranteed to be timed or eligible for awards. -Timing chips are souvenirs and do not need to be returned. -Preliminary race results will be posted on the finish line race tower as they are available. -The Cinco race director will only announce and present overall winners - female and male - of each race and when each race results are final. All other winners may pick up their prizes at the Awards booth as soon as their specific race results are finalized. There may be some lag between the awarding of the overall winners in one race and the releasing of final race results for that same race as runners eligible for prizes may still be on the course. You will need your bib to collect your award. The awards booth volunteers will take one of your race bib tear off sections when you collect your prize for tracking purposes. PRIZES NOT CLAIMED AT THE RACE BY THE RACE WINNER OR VERIFIED DESIGNATE WILL BE FORFEIT, NO EXCEPTIONS, PLEASE DO NOT ASK -All runners must cross both timing mats both at the start and the finish of their race or races. -All Cinco race results are based on chip timing. This means that race times will be compared from when each runner crosses the plane of the timing mats at the start and end of their race. -The Cinco will have separate start and finish lines to ease the flow of racers heading out onto the course and returning to the finish. -Runners who arrive after their race start time may endeavor to run the race distance for which they have entered with any time remaining until the sweeper van closes the course at 12:00 a.m. Late runners are ineligible for race timing and race prizes (pottery and special awards), however they will receive all their race swag including race shirt and any other race gifts appropriate to their entered distance. Late racers should contact a race referee before beginning the course to synchronize timing. -All races will start in accordance with an official race clock which will be posted (along with race and walk start times) at the race starting line. -All racing timing questions or issues may be taken up with the race referee, who will verify results with the race timer and make rulings at the race site. ALL ISSUES WITH RACE TIMES, RACE CATEGORIES, OR RACE AWARDS MUST BE TAKEN UP WITH THE RACE REFEREE AND DECIDED WITH THE ASSISTANCE OF THE RACE REFEREE AND RACE TIMER AT THE RACE VENUE. PLEASE CHECK YOUR RACE RESULTS AND INFORMATION THOROUGHLY ON THE RACE RESULT LISTINGS AND ADDRESS ISSUES IMMEDIATELY AND RESPECTFULLY. RACE RESULTS ARE FINAL AT RACE'S END. For easy identification, the Cinco Race Referee will be wearing a black and white striped referee shirt silkscreened with Cinco designation. -Race packets may be picked up by third parties with a note from the absent racer affirming the third party as their designated race packet collector and the third party showing identification.
