About This Activity

This is a USA Triathlon (USAT) sanctioned race comprised of a 250 meter pool swim, 12 mile bike, and a 3.1 mile run; in that order.

The Smile Train Tri provides a safe environment for new triathletes while providing a fast bike course with a few challenges for the experienced triathlete.

Early registration is recommended as this race has a tendancy to sell out.

We strive to send 100% of your registration fees to Smile Train, providing free cleft lip and cleft palate repair for children in under developed countries. It only takes about $250 to provide this surgery for 1 child.

Since 2008, we’ve generated over $220,000 in donations for Smile Train.

The race revolves around the Heritage Wake Forest Sales Center located at 804 Heritage Lake Road, Wake Forest, NC 27587

Smith Creek Soccer Center located 1/4mile north of the sales left
Along Heritage Lakes south of the swim club
Do not park at the Heritage Golf Club
If you live locally, pack your gear and bike to the race
