About This Activity

Cascade Little League is pleased to announce the Inaugural DIAMOND DASH 5K, June 1st 2014!  Our baseball and softball players can be found running around the diamonds each day in the Spring, but now we're going to take on the entire complex. Come run with us and help us raise funds for field and grounds upgrades.

The course will take you around the entire Harmony Sports Complex. A pretty flat and easy course (minimal cement/asphalt), it's a perfect route for all levels of runners. This is a multi-generational FUN run, so timing is up to you. That's okay, though, because that takes the pressure off keeping your eyes on the trail and offers the opportunity to enjoy the beautiful scenery in this corner of East Vancouver.

Joining in the fun is the Evergreen Pantry Project®. Participants are asked to bring in non-perishable foods to donate to the Pantry Project. Donations will be accepted the day of the race.

Parking will be $5.00 per car OR 2 or more canned goods for the Pantry Project.
