About This Activity

Extra Mile is proud to introduce Yoga for Runners.  Brittany Tripp, Level 4 Yoga Instructor, will be leading the class to help strengthen and lengthen your leg muscles, improve flexibility and prevent injury with these yoga poses.


  • Session Dates - Every Friday
  • Classes will take place at the Extra Mile, 1330 E Lincolnway, Valparaiso, IN 
  • Each class will be 45 minutes
  • Participants should bring their own yoga mat, towel and water
  • Class size limited to 25 participants
