About This Activity
The Workout Group meets every Tuesday and Thursday night at 6:00 PM from August until June. Tuesday night workouts progress from hills repeats, to lactate threshold intervals, to pace work or speed work followed by a core strengthening session. Thursday night workouts include form drills and vary between tempo runs, tempo intervals and Fartleks. Our goal is to help you run and race your best while staying healthy and happy.
