We have added and hour and removed the boat section from the race.
Teams of 1-4 will run and bike through the Uwharrie Mountains. The objective of the race is to gather a punch from as many Check Points (unmanned flags in the woods) within the allotted 6 hours.
We will have a big group start at 2pm.
ALL races will swim to start the race.
The 6 hour race is designed for the beginner racer who wants a taste of the longer races but over a more manageable distance. You will finish on foot so only headlamps are needs as if you find yourself lost we do not want you to be in the dark. You get all the physical and strategic demands you seek in a short race.
