About This Activity

The Scale Down “Wellness” Challenge is a 10-week Personal Challenge to exercise, eat healthier and lose weight. During this challenge, we will track participants' weight loss, offer tips, recipes, weekly newsletters, challenges, success stories and prize giveaways in a fun and supportive environment!

The purpose of the Scale Down “Wellness” Challenge is to encourage and inspire others to live a healthy lifestyle. So get ready for the FUN and be prepared to get equipped/empowered with tips and tools to help you meet your goals of getting rid of those stubborn pounds and Living Lean in 2015.

Event details and schedule

Registration for the Scale Down “Wellness” Challenge is $35.00 for the entire 10-week challenge. This fee is NON-REFUNDABLE and contains tons of goodies to keep you on track.

We know that losing weight can seem daunting at first. So along with the motivation, we provide tools to help you along your journey.  For this challenge, you will receive:

  • Personal Coach: Who will be there with you all the way for support, encouragement and accountability
  • Nutritional Coaching: Tips, recipes, meal plans and guidance on how to lose and maintain a healthy body weight
  • Exercise Regimens: Designed to help you lose weight/fat and gain strength, muscles and endurance
  • Fun Mini-Challenges: That will help you stick to your plan and keep the weight off for good.
  • Weekly Prizes: Giving you an opportunity to pad your packet and keep you motivated 
  • Calendar of Events: A complete list of workout opportunities to get active and moving
