About This Activity
Nine week Couch to 5K program that starts this Saturday, August 9th. We'll meet every Saturday morning through October 3rd at 8:00 am at Bull Branch Pavilion, most workouts will be about a half an hour. In addition to the Saturday workouts, participants will receive instructions for two additional workouts to be completed during the week. This is great for beginners or for those interested in getting back into running.
In addition to getting $10 off race registration for the Good Life Taylor 5K, people who attend at least seven out of the nine Saturday training sessions will get a special race day t-shirts.
