The Glory House of Miami will host Riders Against Slavery Everywhere (R.A.S.E) on January 24th. 2015. The guided multi-distance ride will take place from 8am to 11:30am, led by Key Largo Bike and Adventure Tours. Riders are invited to come together for a worthy cause. The route begins at 91946 Overseas Highway in Tavernier, FL. The riders will travel along the Old Highway through Islamorada, through Millionaire’s Row and passing through several iconic locations and scenic landmarks on their journey. The Glory House of Miami is a local 501(c)3 non-profit organization whose mission is to provide long term shelter to human trafficking survivors and restore them to productive, quality lives through educational and medical assistance as well as spiritual guidance. Statistics rank the Greater Miami area as the ninth highest human trafficking destination in the country with half of the survivors being children. Overall, Florida ranks third in the country for human trafficking. Proceeds raised from R.A.S.E will benefit the organization in their efforts to build a safe house for human trafficking survivors as well as the Life of Freedom Center.
