Welcome to what we are calling Florida’s Greatest Seafood 5K and when you get your HUGE HAPPY CRAB finisher’s medal you’ll know why!!! We have limited the run to the first 300 registrants so don’t wait.
Please remember that not all participants who are actually registered on Active represent the total number of registrants (that is a personal setting each of you can change to your own account).
The run starts and ends at 9 a.m. at Rusty Bellies Waterfront Grille at the southwestern tip of the Tarpon Sponge Docks and if you have not treated yourself to this first class restaurant yet, you are in for a GREAT treat! All registrants will receive the amazing HUGE Happy Crab medal pictured here on Active along with our unique “Florida’s Greatest Seafood 5K” T-shirt, a free draft beer, and a seafood sampler from Rusty Bellies that will WOW you.
You can expect a great party right after the run with live music and an awards party which we will stream live on Facebook. Awards will be presented to the first 25 males and first 25 female finisher’s along with a dozen special awards for those of you who have travelled the furthest, the young, the elders, and those of you who know your OWN special category that WE KNOW you have earned a top finisher’s framed award for your finish and participation in this exclusive event.
It’s not easy to get into the Xanadu promotional runs so if you secure a space we ask that you do not transfer your entry but we can always transfer you to the our mail out virtual division for $15. Keep doing what you are doing friends…keep MOVING! Find a finish line each month, collect those great medals and remind yourself (especially on your toughest days) that you have a finish line inside of you and we’ll do our job to fill it with fun, love, and a great celebration! Now let’s eat some great seafood at Rusty Bellies on the Tarpon Springs Sponge Docks as we find a finish line which benefits the Boys and Girls Club thanks to Rusty Bellies and The Andriotis Law Firm.
