About This Activity
Whether you are an endurance athlete, a recreational volleyball player, or even just a regular walker, yoga for athletes will help complement your athletic training. Learn to understand your tightness, improve balance, strengthen the core, and find new opening in the shoulders, hips, and legs. Please note yoga for athletes is NOT athletic yoga and is designed to complement your training. This is also appropriate for beginners, office workers, and anybody who feels like they have a “stiff body.” The workshop will emphasize tools that you can take home and incorporate to your daily routine.
