Yoga class as a counterbalance and cross-training for runners but also those who participate in all sports.  Reduce risk of injury, develop mindfulness, and find new understanding of your body in this two hour yoga workshop. Perfect for all levels of fitness and yoga experience from professional athletes to complete beginners.

Whether you are an endurance athlete, a recreational volleyball player, or even just a regular walker, yoga for athletes will help complement your athletic training.  Learn to understand your tightness, improve balance, strengthen the core, and find new opening in the shoulders, hips, and legs.  Please note yoga for athletes is NOT athletic yoga and is designed to complement your training.  This is also appropriate for beginners, office workers, and anybody who feels like they have a “stiff body.” The workshop will emphasize tools that you can take home and incorporate to your daily routine.  
This special two hour class is taught by a trained yogi who is also an extremely active runner. Learn poses and stretches to compliment your training cycle in a safe setting. This workshop will not only teach you the basics of yoga for runners, but will provide the poses to take home with you, help prevent injuries, and is guaranteed to be great fun with lots of laughter.
Dress comfortably and bring water.
