About This Activity
In this special two hour workshop we will practice breathing exercises to relax the body and calm the mind. In a calming and stress free environment we will practice yoga postures that are specifically targeted to bring relief and promote strength in the back. Students will take home helpful tips and worksheets that can be used to develop a healthy home practice to continue the healing process.
This workshop is great for anyone brand new to yoga, anyone currently practicing yoga who would like to deepen their practice, and teachers looking for insight om how to modify students for dealing with pain issues.
