Event details and schedule

There is plenty of parking at the clubhouse. Temps are usually in the low 70's at race start so wear your warm weather gear. No tights or long sleeves will be needed.

3-RACE SERIES: The BFA 10K is a 5SRP 3-Race Series event. The series consists of a 10K follwed by the First Bank Oktoberfest 15K on September 28th, and culminating with the Port City Orthopaedics Battleship Half Marathon on November 2, 2014. Athletes who complete all three races in the series will be awarded a custom "28.6 Finisher Medal" after the Battleship Race. You can find all 3-Race Series information from this link

Each race in the series is a great stand alone event but doing all three races is a natural progression of distances that will lead you up to a Half Marathon race. You can test yourself at successive distances or follow the natural progression right up to 13.1 miles while building strength and confidence in each event.

The BFA Sea Trail 10K has a walk or run/walk dedicated start, as does the First Bank Oktoberfest 15K and the Port City Orthopaedics Battleship Half Marathon so you can run with the Big Dogs or do a walk or run/walk and still enjoy the race.
