About This Activity
Please join the Concerns of Police Survivors (COPS)-West Central Florida chapter as we host our inaugural 3k (1.9 miles) awareness walk in beautiful downtown St. Petersburg, Florida! We will kick-off the walk at the Heroes of St. Petersburg Law Enforcement Memorial at Demens Landing Park and continue along Bayshore Drive passing the St. Petersburg Yacht Club and boat basin. We will walk up the Pier and turn around to complete the same route.
All walkers are encouraged to stay with us after the walk to attend the annual St. Petersburg Police Memorial starting promptly at 7:45 pm. We will join the department as they honor the police officers who made the supreme sacrifice keeping the city and the community safe.
This non-competitive walk is designed to raise awareness and funds for Concerns of Police Survivors Hands-On Programs.
Everyone who registers by May 5 will receive a dri-fit shirt and the first 200 who register will receive a goody bag filled with items from local businesses.
We hope you will join us for this special evening.
