We're headed to Branson for a fun-filled weekend and will challenge ourselves to a 5k & 10k Fun Run-Walk!
The 5k will be a little over 3.1 miles on Saturday October 29th at 7 am until 10 am. The 10k will be Sunday October 30th at 7 am until 10:30 am. Pick up your packets Friday evening October 28 between 5 pm & 7 pm at a location tba. Challenge yourself or someone else to participate in both races. Awards to 1st 2nd & 3rd places of 10k only.
Healthy Weight of America, Inc. is here to motivate and encourage people to be active by running, jogging, biking or moderately walking without being stuck inside their home gym, on a treadmill or at the fitness left. Our motus operandi is keeping the community active which is why we will frequently host these fun runs!
For those who want to achieve a weight comparable with good health and put an end to body-shaming check this out: It's a fact that not everyone has the skinny gene to be a size 0 or a size 2, however with a little effort and determination, anyone can reside at a healthy overall weight.
Sadly, most health problems are linked to OBESITY but with consistent activity like running, jogging, moderate walking, good eating habits and regular doctor visits you can achieve a Healthy Weight.
