5K Run/Obstacle Course & Family Fun Day

Next to the Ranch of Lonesome Dove

2299 Lonesome Dove Rd.    Southlake, TX 76092

Saturday, August 1, 2015

7 am - 1 pm

On a gorgeous, 52 acre wooded off-road trail next to Grapevine Lake, test your balance and strength with hurdles, ropes, barricades, nets, tires, fences and logs. Or enjoy fishing, hayride, soccer, baseball, volleyball, or a "kids only" obstacle course and train ride. It's a great way to honor families with "special" kids and to stay fit, have loads of fun, and support a worthy cause.

Every runner and special child will receive a free T-shirt snd personalized honor medallion. For the children, the T-shirt will have all the info about the event on the front of the shirt, but on the back, "New Friends" will be printed at the top so children can be assisted in using Magic Markers to write their name on the shirt of another child they have just met.

Every runner and special child will also receive a free personalized honor medallion. Runners may choose a special child they wish to honor and that child's name will be imprinted on the runner's medallion. But the special children will have their own name printed on their medallion as a remembrance of this special day!
