About This Activity
Athletes of all abilities participate in this duathlon in a rural setting. There will be some fast people at the front, but the slower participants at the back of the pack are equally important to us. Both races are open to all, but we encourage novice athletes to try the shorter race.
Event schedule and times
The long course is 2mi/12mi/2mi. The short course is 2mi/5mi/half mile. The 2 mile legs are a loop, with about 2/3 mile on the Katy Trail. The cycling legs are on paved state and county roads. Race organizers reserve the right to modify the course, distances and format as required by weather or road conditions.
