What To Bring:All gear you plan to use on race day: swim, bike, running, and transition gear.Each clinic offers participants technical instruction and individual feedback: Participants benefit from the support of national-level coaches, join us rain or shine. Bring all of your gear and plan to do a bit of each sport and both transitions. Anyone can take on tri sports. All it takes is: skilled coaches, a supportive community and personal drive. Join us and become more mentally and physically powerful.
