Pre-race packet pick-up: Thursday, Sept. 21st, 5-8pm, in Club's Main Hallway.
8:00am Start: Race day registration and packet pick up will be held at the club from 6:30-7:30 a.m. All walkers/runners must be registered 1/2 hour prior to start of race.
The Course: The 5k (3.1 mile) course is a flat route through the Plum Creek Subdivision across the street from the Club. Split times will be called out at each mile. Awards: Medal awarded to overall and master winners and top 3 male and female finishers in our age categories:
Packet pick-up and information will be available inside the club. Parking, the race and awards will take place across the street in Plum Creek subdivision. Additional parking is available across the street from the club at the business complexes behind Steak & Shake, as well as street parking if needed.
Results will be posted on THTiming.com at the conclusion of the race.

.T-shirts & goody bags: Apparel & goody bags are guaranteed for pre-registered participants only. Water/Refreshments: A water station will be located at the 1st and 2nd mile markers of the race. Snacks & water will be available at the end of the race. Under 18 participants* Any participant under the age of 18 MUST have a parent or legal guardian present the day of the race or runner will not be allowed to participate. *Participants not pre-registered & those under 18 (accompanied by parent) should plan on coming early to fill out liability waiver.
