About This Activity
Challenge yourself over the most challenging part of the year to run (November 1st 2014 to March 31sr 2015)!
This is a 5 MONTH CHALLENGE with 3 different levels of participation. Level 1 is to run a 5K at least 5 DAYS a week for 5 MONTHS. Level 2 is to run a 5K at least 3 DAYS a weel for 5 MONTHS. Level 3 is pick your own level that will challenge you for the full 5 MONTHS.
FACTS about this CHALLENGE:
-There will be a medal for all those who complete their challenge.
-There will be local get togethers for group runs (1 per month).
