About This Activity

The Santa Barbara 10 Mile Trail Run is hosted from the Lower Oso Day Use Area, a 30 minute drive from downtown Santa Barbara. The SB 10 Mile offers athletes of all calibers an exceptionally rewarding and challenging trail running experience. The route is comprised of single track trails loaded with plenty of climb and fast meandering descents cut through the verdant California Chaparral, offering dramatic views of the Santa Barbara backcountry topography in its late spring glory.

The SB 10 Mile Trail Run proudly benefits the Los Padres Forest Association. Founded in 1979, the Los Padres Forest Association is the official non-profit 501(c)(3) of the Los Padres National Forest. The LPFA mission is to care for the Los Padres Forest, ensuring it thrives and remains safe and open for the people to use and enjoy.

*Event organizers reserve the right to deduct the cost of the athlete’s insurance, bib/ timing chip and t-shirt cost from each athletes entry fee. Event organizers anticipate after deductions an amount of $22.50 from each entry fee will be donated to the LPFA
