About This Activity
I Kan RUN is an optional running program usually held during Spring & Fall. This program is designed for all runners, from beginner to advance, who are interested in hitting the pavement and having fun outdoors.We will prepare you for your next race and/or help improve your race time and distance. We focus on developing running skills that increase speed, endurance, and overall fitness. I Kan Run is typically a 10-12 week program that meets 2-3 days a week
