About This Activity

Always wanted to try a triathlon but the task seems daunting, this is the way to get those feet wet or maybe you are the tri-athlete that needs some good indoor training during the fall months, either way this event is for you.

Start your Saturday morning off with an indoor swim for 10 minutes, then take off spinning for 30 minutes and finish your event running for 20 minutes. You will then be greeted with yummy food provided by our sponsor Ever Fresh Fruit Co., who also provides the cool shirt, swim cap and goodie bag.

Event details and schedule

Waves include up to six participants. All waves have an assigned Wave master who will lead you through your Triathlon.

Swim caps must be worn during the swim portion (unless you have no hair) and they are provided in your pick up packet. Spectators are not allowed on the pool deck to watch. There is a limited amount of space outside the Spin room and near the Treadmills for viewing. Please arrive at the assigned check in time promptly. First check in at the check in desk and then be available for a short meeting with your Wave Master.
