About This Activity
Enjoy a recreational scenic run which includes the beautiful Sandy High School campus, a couple challenging hills, and wooded nature trails. Award Medals given shortly after top finishers complete event.

Age groups will be broken down by every five years.
Same great fundraising event which benefits the Run Girlfriend Run Scholarship which provides financial assistance to young women athletes in the Oregon Trail School District, from grades 6-12. To date approx. $11,500 have been paid out in scholarships. Amazing. Thank you for all your support. Hoping to have 500 participants this year. Let's Go Girlfriends
Event details and schedule
Race Details: Saturday, May 16th 5K (approx. 3.1 miles). Event begins at 9am. Register by April 30th to guarantee a race shirt. Arrive a minimum 30 minutes early to prepare for the start and greet girlfriends! Free parking located at Mt Hood Athletic Club and adjacent lot. Day lockers available for use, first come first serve. Bring your own lock.
Packet Pick-up Details: Friday May 15th from 5p-8p at Mt Hood Athletic Club or on race day from 7a-8a. Packet includes; non-fitted performance shirt, race bib, and goodies!

Additional Details: It’s Oregon, so be prepared for the weather. Extra layers may be necessary along with an extra pair of shoes and socks for after the run. Please no strollers or animals. Course is not wheelchair accessible. After the run hang with your girlfriends, grab some food and coffee, and enjoy the Mt Hood Athletic Club lounge. Stay for prize drawing at the end of event. Prize drawing throughout the event. All participants entered. Must be present to win.
