PACKET PICKUP:
12-6pm SATURDAY November 8th at the We Run San Antonio Running Store.
6:30-7:30am Race Day at Staging Area

On-Site Registration will be available at Packet Pickup(Saturday) and on Race-Day(Sunday)

Parking: Parking will be staged next door to the Cafe at the lot of the San Antonio Rose Horse Ranch.

Event Schedule:

6:30AM    Transition, race-day registration, and packet pickup opens.
7:30AM    Registration and packet pickup closes.
7:40          Transition closes 
7:45          Race Announcements in Staging Area
8:00          Start of the Race! Mass Start

9:00          Brunch Buffet Opens
9:30          5k Awards Ceremony
11:00        Duathlon Awards ceremony (you MUST be present to get your award. Awards will NOT be mailed after the event.)

12:30pm  TRANSITION PERMANANTLY CLOSES: Please get your things by then.

Refund Policy: The Texas Tough Duathlon entry fee is non-refundable. All participant entries are non-transferable and non-refundable. You may not transfer or sell your race number to another person and we do not offer deferrals to events in the next season or another event in the series. There are no exceptions to this policy.

 Athlete-Based Teams: Though we are not utilizing team registrations, we are more than happy to provide team discounts to  groups coming out to compete! Contact us at utsatriathlon@gmail.com to get set up.
