About This Activity
Make this the summer you accomplish your health fitness and weight loss goals. The Sports Mall Adventure Fitness Camp provides the opportunity for you to increase your fitness in the gym and then apply it to the great outdoors. You will also learn nutritional strategies to help you attain your health and weight goals all while working toward selected fitness challenges. The program runs from Memorial Day to Labor Day.
The program includes: · Weekly small group workouts with professional trainers Aaron Ogden and Scott Browning. These workouts will be designed around your current health and fitness levels and be driven to help you accomplish the summer fitness challenges. Workouts will be scheduled at program start and will offer flexibility for busy schedules. · Monthly outdoor group activities including: Road/Mountain biking, Hiking, and trail running. Outings are designed for abilities of all levels and non-competitive in nature. If you’ve ever wanted to expand your knowledge in outdoor recreation, this a safe and accommodating venue. · Monthly outdoor individual challenges. These challenges are self-completed. Using the Kolifit website you can select between easy, moderate, or difficult challenges to work towards and accomplish. Earn points towards prizes by accomplishing as many of the challenges as you can each month. · Suggested training program utilizing both indoor and outdoor exercises to help you accomplish each monthly challenge. Scott and Aaron will provide recommended workouts to help you attain both your fitness goals and the monthly challenges. · Monthly clinics to help educate you about making healthy lifestyle choices. These clinics will offer an interactive forum to get your questions answered about food, nutrition, fitness, and healthy lifestyle behaviors. · Accountability to make the lifestyle changes that will sustainably increase your health and wellbeing.
