Amber's Warrior Bootcamp - March 24 – May 16

This Bootcamp is based on the most current research in fitness! Amber’s Warrior Bootcamp is a revolutionary 8-week program that combines the hottest trends to hit the fitness scene - High Intensity Interval Training (“HITT”). With HITT training, you can get your workout done in half the time, boost your metabolism, and keep burning calories for hours after your workout is over, guaranteed!  Below are just a few of the Camp features:

• Personalized results-driven program that targets your individual goals!
• Increases your strength, endurance, flexibility, and cardiovascular fitness!
• Workouts that are never boring, take half the time, and change your body forever! 
• Great coaching support and real-time feed-back in a small group training environment (10 athletes or less!) – you will be “on the radar” and held accountable!
• Meal plans so that you know what/when to eat and nutrition guidelines so that you can make good food choices!
• 24/7 website access, to track your progress, daily food journaling, and interaction with your trainer.
• E-coaching, daily “homework”, and short videos to follow on off days.
Class meets 3x per week on Monday’s, Wednesday’s, and Friday’s.
Time:  9:00 am – 9:45 am.
