About This Activity
**THIS IS A 6-WEEK CLASS, TUESDAY NIGHTS FROM 7PM UNTIL 8PM, RUNNING FROM TUESDAY, JANUARY 13TH THROUGH TUESDAY, FEBRUARY 17TH, 2015**
Experience a great cardio workout while learning the basics of real boxing (this is not a “kickboxing” class). Beyond tae-bo! In this result producing, 6-week, no contact program you will experience a female-focused, practical, body-shaping workout. Do you want to get in shape before the holidays, spring, or summer? Bring your friends and share your new levels of confidence together while getting in shape in feeling great!
Women must be 18 years or older to participate. Mature teens (16+) are welcome to register if they are with a participating adult.
GLOVES ARE INCLUDED.
Event details and schedule
Please bring ID and a copy of your registraiton email on the first night of class.
Dress code: comfortable, loose clothing. (Please dress modestly – no low-cut shirts or spaghetti-straps).
Moo Duk Kwan Martial Arts is located in the Runnemede Plaza at 835 East Clements Bridge Road, Runnemede, NJ 08078. We are in the back of the plaza, after the DMV and Miami Sports Club.
Please bring water and a towel! (Water is also available for purchase for $1).
