The 5k Course will Start and Finish at HHS - south parking lot. The out-and-back course runs east bound on the Rockton Bike Path to the turnaround at Hononegah Forest Preserve entrance, then west bound back to HHS. The course is USATF certified. How to Register
Registration can be completed through our mail-in form or through our (preferred method) secured online registration service.
Mail-In—Complete the registration form (PDF-Page #2) and mail the form with payment to: Rockton PD, Sgt. Dean Camacho, 110 East Main Street, Rockton, IL 61072. Payment must be made in check, payable to Rockton Lions OSD5K.
Online—Click on the RunSignUp.com link from our website or scan the posted QR to complete the short process.
Early-registration (online & mail-in) will close on May 25th, 2018 at 6 a.m. Late (online) registration will close on 6/10/2018 at 6 a.m. After that, late registration will only be available at early packet pick-up and race day until 7:30 a.m. Late registration must be made in person using cash, check or credit card (square enabled). Shirts/swag will not be provided for late registrants unless available. No refunds (including inclement weather cancellation) or shirt exchanges will be allowed.

All OSD5K participants will receive the 2018 OSD5K medal, OSD5K Tech-shirt (male/female sizing), OSD 4-day Festival Pass, OSD5K Water Bottle, Free admission to the Rockton Firemen's Association Pancake Breakfast and other race related goodies in their OSD5K Swag Bag.
All OSD ZERO-K participants will receive the OSD5K Tech-shirt, OSD 4-day Festival Pass and free admission to the breakfast.
Professional electronic bib-chip timing will be provided to all registered OSD5K participants by RealTiming, Inc. See our results page for more information on bib-chip timing and OSD5K race results on the day of the race.
1. First 350 registered participants will receive the OSD5K Medal.
2. Top overall male & female finishers will receive the OSD5K Medal, OSD5K Winner Concert Badge and a Meet & Greet pass for 6/16.
3. 1st, 2nd and 3rd place male & female finishers of each age division will receive the OSD5K Medal and the OSD5K Winner Concert Badge
The Winner Concert Badge will allow FREE entry to the Festival and Concert stages on Saturday, 6/16.
Prizes will be pre-drawn randomly after June 10th, 2018 by the race director. Participants that find our OSD5K Guitar Pick attached to their race bib are winners. Simply present your pick/race bib at the awards breakfast to receive your prize. Prizes have included 30/90-day single & couple gym memberships, Rockford Speedway Family 4-Packs, Mulligans/Casey's/RoadID gift cards, 1-hour massages, sports memorabilia, Sam Villa hair dryers/flat irons, gym gear/bags and nutritional supplement kits in the past. Awards and raffle prizes must be claimed at breakfast and will not be mailed.
Our Run Charity
All proceeds from the OSD5K Run-Walk, OSD ZERO-K & Rockton Firemen's Association Pancake Breakfast will benefit the Carrie Lynn Children's Center. Please see our charity pageto learn more about the left and what they do for both Winnebago and Boone County residents.

Free parking will be provided in the north portion of the Hononegah High School main parking lot. Registrants and guests are encouraged to car pool to save space since a portion of the lot will be barricaded for the race activities. Please enter the parking lot from the Salem Street entrance (west side of campus). The main entrance on East Main Street will be closed to protect runners/walkers. We have added a virtual race this year for all non-runners or walkers that want to help CLCC from their couch. OSD ZERO-K participants still receive the OSD5K shirt, festival pass and admission to the post run breakfast. Those that do join us race day can line-up with our walkers and finish their race at the starting line.
Early packet pick-up will be offered on, June 12th & 13th, 2018, between 3-7 p.m. at Rockton Commons, 330 East Main Street in Rockton. Participants are encouraged to use this opportunity to pick-up your race swag, so you have your festival pass for the opening of OSD.
