About This Activity

Once again, the streets of Old Town Rock Hill will be invaded by a Zombie Horde intent on capturing a Human snack and spreading their deadly plague!

Bring your family, your friends and your co-workers for an afternoon of fun and fitness! If the Zombies don't get your heart pumping, the run or walk will!
Participate in the USATF Certified 5K as a Human or Zombie and compete for your chance to win terrific prizes!
The top Adult Human and Zombie finishers will receive Visa® Gift Cards while the top Youth Human and Zombie finishers will receive gift cards from local merchants.
NEW! More adult categories have been added for 2015!
Want to race as a Team or Group?  There is a $20 Team Registration fee and every member of your team gets a $5 discount!  Teams can consist of Humans, Zombies or a Mix.  IMPORTANT: ALL teams MUST be completed by Sunday, October 18. No teams will be added after this date. If your team wants to be guaranteed the 2015 OTZC shirt, registrations must be received on or before October 14th!
Youth and children 17 and under are welcome to participate in the 5K or Fun Run with parent or guardian's permission. Children under 12 can also have a lot of fun in our Get Fit Kids Zone® with the Upper Palmetto YMCA! Kids can also wear their Halloween costumes!
Official Old Town Zombie Crawl T-shirts are guaranteed for the first 400 5K registered runners - deadline: October 14th!
Youth shirts will be provided to the first 50 children registered for the Fun Run - deadline: October 14th!
Zombie Makeovers are available for a nominal fee!  And, if you're an amateur special effects makeup artist, show off your skills and compete in our Zombie Makeover Challenge. The Grand Prize will be 2 tickets from Atlanta Movie Tours to tour "The Walking Dead" filming locations in Atlanta, GA!
Meet our 2015 Grand Marshals! Kent Wagner and Mike Mundy of "The Walking Dead!"  Both have appeared as "walkers" on the hit TV series and you'll have a chance to grab a photo with them during the Old Town Zombie Crawl!
PLUS! The Arts Council of York County is throwing an After Party to die for! Join us at the Community Performance Center as they present "Night of the Living Dead!" There will be a special Meet-n-Greet with Kent Wagner and Mike Mundy and refreshments will be available for purchase. Tickets are only $6 and you can get them at the Arts Council's tent during the Zombie Crawl. Doors open at 5:00pm and the show starts at 6:00pm. (Parent discretion advised.)
The Old Town Zombie Crawl ... more fun than you can throw a femur at and more surprises than a shed in Woodbury!

The Heart2Heart Foundation holds The Old Town Zombie Crawl each fall to raise awareness about the #1 killer of women and men! Each woman, man and child who participates in our Fun Run and 5K Road Race receives free age-appropriate heart health educational materials. Women over 40 who complete our Heart Health Survey at the event can also qualify for a scholarship to receive Advance Risk Assessment with EKG from Piedmont Medical Center!

Proceeds from the event will help fund our awareness events, free educational programs and materials, and provide advance screening scholarships for women at high-risk of heart disease!
